2026 · English version below

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026 ·

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

"Avoda BeDaka 90" (Hebrew: עבודה בדקה 90) is a mobile app that connects job posters — businesses and private individuals — with available workers nearby, for shifts and urgent short-notice work. The service is operated by רותם פרץ ("we", "us").

This policy covers the Android app (package il.co.avodabedaka90), the iOS app under the same identifier, and the backend services behind them. It does not cover third-party websites or apps that a link in our app may take you to.

Privacy questions, rights requests and deletion requests: rotemimi10@gmail.com.

2. Summary

  • We collect only what is needed to connect a job poster with a worker: account and profile details, location, job details, chat messages, ratings and notifications.
  • Location is collected only while the app is open and in the foreground. There is no background tracking and no "Always" permission — the app cannot read your location when it is closed or backgrounded.
  • A worker's live location is visible only to the poster of that specific job, and only while the assignment is active. It stops being shared the moment the assignment is cancelled or the shift ends.
  • Full name and phone number are revealed to the other party only after a confirmed assignment.
  • We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The app contains no ad networks and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • You can delete your account and personal data yourself, from inside the app — see the account deletion page.

3. What we collect

All data comes either directly from you (what you type or approve) or from your device. We do not obtain data about you from outside sources.

3.1 Account and sign-in

DataDetailWhen
Email address and passwordThe email is stored by our authentication service; the password is stored only as a hash by that service and is not accessible to us. Sign-up is verified with a 6-digit code sent by email.Email sign-up
Google account identifierAn identity token from Google containing the email address and name on your Google account.Sign in with Google
Apple account identifierAn identity token from Apple. Apple provides your name only once, at the first authorization. (iOS only.)Sign in with Apple
Internal user idA random UUID that links your records together.Always

3.2 Profile

GroupFields
Basic profile (all users) First and last name, phone number, role (worker or job poster), profile photo if you upload one, creation and update timestamps.
Worker profile Bio, skills, work experience, experience level, job categories, city, languages, availability, whether you have a vehicle, search radius, availability status (available / offline / on a job), your most recent location point and when it was taken, plus performance metrics accumulated from use: rating, reliability, completed jobs, cancellations, no-shows, response time and repeat employers.
Job-poster profile Poster type (business or private individual), business name, industry and business type, city, description, workplace description, company size, work-environment tags, website, logo, contact preference, plus rating, reliability, payment reliability, verification status, cancellation count and response time.

3.3 Jobs, matching and assignments

3.4 Chat

3.5 Notifications

3.6 Trust, ratings and safety

3.7 In-app purchases

Job posters can buy job-posting packages. Payment details never reach us — the transaction is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. What we store is: the product id, the number of posting credits added, the price and currency reported by the store, the store name, transaction identifiers, the purchase environment (production or sandbox), the RevenueCat event id, and the remaining credit balance on the account.

Note: in this version, in-app purchases are active on iOS only; the Android app does not initialise the purchase component, so no purchase data is produced there.

3.8 Technical data

4. What we do not collect

5. Location — in full

5.1 Foreground only

The app requests "while in use" location permission only. It neither requests nor receives background or "Always" location permission, and it does not declare the ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permission. In other words: when the app is closed or in the background, it cannot read your location.

5.2 When location is read

If you decline location permission the app still works, but we cannot show a worker jobs by proximity or turn availability on.

5.3 What is stored

5.4 When location is revealed to the other party

A worker browsing jobs sees, for each open job nearby, the distance in kilometres and the workplace on the map snapped to a grid of roughly 300 metres — so the area is clear but the map does not point at the exact spot. However, the address text entered by the poster is delivered to every worker the job is shown to — that is, to available workers in the matching category and within their chosen range, and to any worker the job has been offered to. Navigation to the workplace opens after assignment. If a workplace is sensitive, consider entering only the general area in the address field and giving the exact address in chat after assignment.

The job poster can see the assigned worker's live position, refreshed roughly every 12 seconds — but only when all of the following hold at once:

  • they own the job (no other user can request the data at all);
  • the job is in the "assigned" state;
  • that worker's assignment has not been cancelled and has not been completed;
  • the job itself is not "completed" or "cancelled".

The moment the assignment is cancelled (by either side, or through a no-show) or the shift ends, live location sharing stops immediately at the server level, not merely in the interface. No other user — including other workers and other posters — can see your location.

5.5 Turning coordinates into an address

To show a readable address instead of coordinates, the app uses the operating system's geocoding service (Apple on iOS, Google on Android). In addition, when a poster types into the address-search field, that text is sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's Nominatim service. See section 8.

6. What the other party sees, and when

Disclosure is staged: more details are revealed as the engagement progresses, and not before.

StageThe poster seesThe worker sees
Before any application The number of available workers within the radius (a count only, no identities). The job details, distance, a coarsened map area, the address text as entered, and the poster's public profile: display name or business name, city, description, industry, website, rating and reliability, and up to three recent reviews — including the reviewers' names and review text.
When a worker applies or responds to an offer Full name, profile photo, rating, reliability, completed jobs, bio, skills, experience, experience level, city, languages, availability, whether they have a vehicle, response time, cancellations, repeat employers, and the distance from the job. The phone number is not revealed at this stage. The same job and poster details, plus the status of their application.
After a confirmed assignment Chat opens; the worker's full name and phone number are revealed, as is their live location under the conditions in section 5.4. Chat opens; the poster's full name and phone number are revealed, and navigation to the exact workplace point becomes available.
After the job ends Each side can rate the other. The rating, the review text and the reviewer's name are shown on the rated party's profile and are visible to other users.

9. Where data is stored

The database, authentication system and files are hosted with Supabase in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, European Union). Some of the providers in section 8 — including Expo, Apple, Google and RevenueCat — also process data outside Israel and the EU, including in the United States. By using the service you are aware of this.
